Applicable to TN Customer Caree (Owner: Sheikmohammed)

By booking or accepting service from TN Customer Caree (hereinafter referred to as “The Company,” “We,” or “Us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Service
The Company provides repair, maintenance, and installation services for common home appliances, including [List specific appliances, e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.]. All services are provided by qualified technicians acting on behalf of The Company.
2. Service Estimates and Payments
Estimates: We provide an initial diagnostic fee and/or a service estimate based on the technician’s assessment of the issue. The final cost may vary if unforeseen issues or additional parts are required.
Approval: Work will only proceed after the customer approves the repair cost.
Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept [Cash, UPI, Credit Card, etc.].
3. Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. Our warranty covers the original repair only, and is subject to the following periods and conditions:
A. Spare Parts Warranty (90 Days)
Coverage: This warranty applies to new spare parts installed by our technicians during the original repair.
Period: The warranty is valid for a period of ninety (90) days starting from the date of the original repair service.
Conditions: If a part installed by us fails due to a defect within the 90-day period, we will replace the part and provide the associated labor free of charge.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover parts that fail due to customer misuse, improper maintenance, power surges, external factors (like water damage or pests), or a failure of an unrelated component in the appliance.
B. Service Warranty (30 Days)
Coverage: This warranty applies to the labor and workmanship performed during the original repair.
Period: The warranty is valid for a period of thirty (30) days starting from the date of the original repair service.
Conditions: If the exact same issue recurs within the 30-day period due to a fault in our workmanship, we will re-diagnose and re-repair the issue at no additional cost.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults that occur after the original service date.
4. Refund Policy
The Company aims for customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
Eligibility: Refunds are generally only considered for pre-paid services or if a service appointment is cancelled within the allowed time frame (if applicable).
Service Cancellation Refund: If a service appointment is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a refund of any pre-paid service or booking fee will be processed.
Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible, or via bank transfer/UPI.
Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, we commit to initiating the refund process within twenty-four (24) hours. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in the customer’s account will depend on the banking institution.
No Refund Policy (Diagnostic Fee): The customer agrees that the initial diagnostic or inspection fee is non-refundable, as it compensates the technician for their time and expertise in traveling to the location and assessing the issue, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the repair.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the appliance or the services provided, including but not limited to loss of data or spoiled food, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Tamil Nadu, India]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Chennai].
